Shipping and Handling
Shipping and handling charges are based on total price of your order. Standard shipping/handling charges are as follows:

Oversize/overweight shipments additional cost.
Additional shipping charges will be added for oversized or overweight items. This charge will be added automatically at time of shipment. The UPS criteria is as follows:
Oversize 1 Package Conditions - Your package is considered Oversize 1 (OS1) when all of these conditions apply: Your package´s combined length and girth exceeds 84 in. (213 cm.) Your package´s combined length and girth is equal to or less than 108 in. (270 cm.) Your package´s actual weight is less than 30 lbs. (13.6 kgs.) The billable weight for each OS1 package is 30 lbs. (13.6 kgs.)
Oversize 2 Package Conditions - Your package is considered Oversize 2 (OS2) when all of these conditions apply: Your package’s combined length and girth exceeds 108 in. (270 cm.) Your package’s combined length and girth is equal to or less than 130 in. (330 cm.) Your package’s actual weight is less than 70 lbs. (31.5 kgs.) The billable weight for each OS2 package is 70 lbs. (31.5 kgs.)
Oversize 3 Package Conditions - Your UPS Ground package is considered Oversize 3 (OS3) when all of these conditions apply: Your packages combined length and girth exceeds 130 in. (330 cm.) Your packages combined length and girth is equal to or less than 165 in. (419 cm.) Your packages actual weight is less than 90 lbs. (40.9 kgs.) The billable weight for each UPS Ground OS3 package is 90 lbs. (40.9 kgs.) A Large Package Surcharge will be applied Large Package Surcharge A Large Package Surcharge of $40 will be applied to all UPS Ground packages, including Hundredweight, when the size of the package exceeds 130 in. (330 cm.) in length and girth combined.
Shipment By UPS: We ship via UPS Ground or US Postal Service in the continental US. Shipments to Alaska, Puerto Rico & Hawaii orders will have an additional shipping cost applied.
Delivery Time: Allow 4-10 business days for delivery of in stock items in the continental U.S., allow 4-15 days for items in stock at our suppliers warehouse. If you need something faster, please contact us for expedited shipping times and charges. Backordered items will depend on supply by our vendors, but typically allow 2-6 weeks. We will advise you when the items become available. Allow additional time for shipments to Alaska, Puerto Rico, Hawaii.
Returns and Exchanges
All returns must be postmarked no later than 30 days for accessories and 15 days for original Honda parts from the original customer shipment date. Returns and exchanges must be in new condition and must include all instructions and original packaging material. Customer pays all return shipping charges. Include a copy of your packing list with all returns.
Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Returns must be preauthorized by us and are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee for accessories and 20% for original Honda parts. These amounts will be deducted from the original amount billed and the remaining balance will be credited to the original credit card.
Incorrect Item: If you received an incorrect item no extra charges will be incurred. We will replace incorrect items and pay the additional shipping charge.
Incorrect Size: No charge for exchange. We will exchange customer orders that do not fit, if the customer requests the same item in a different size. Customer pays all shipping charges.
Customer Order Error: Incorrect customer orders can be exchanged for any other item without paying the restocking charge. However, the customer will pay the additional shipping and handling charge. The replacement item must be at least 75% of the value of the original item.
Return Shipping Instructions: Return via prepaid UPS or US mail. Insure shipment for full value of purchase. Use original packaging. We are not responsible for packages lost during return shipping.
Damaged merchandise: Contact UPS or Parcel Post immediately.
Defective Merchandise: Many products carry manufacturer’s direct warranties. Contact the manufacturer directly for fastest service.
Return/Exchange Instructions: Contact us for a RA# before sending items back. Packages without a RA# clearly visible will be refused. Enclose a copy of your packing list or e-mail invoice along with detailed return/exchange instructions and put RA# on outside of package.

Sales Tax
Sales tax is charged for NJ state orders as required by law.

Orders accepted via secure online order form only. Most major credit cards are accepted. Credit card purchases verified for your protection. We will also accept money orders, when paid in advance, and Paypal.
Backordered Items
If an item is backordered, we will notify you via e-mail. Shipments scheduled more than 30 days after the order date: We will notify you via email and give you a cancellation option. Filling backorders: Backorders will be filled before new orders when the backordered items become available.
